Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of David Sussberg Astrology, a personal astrocartography map for reflection, operated by Positive Path Astrology LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Reflection Disclaimer.

Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are for adults 18 years of age or older. When you create an account you confirm that you are at least 18. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We record the policy version you accepted, the time of acceptance and your adult affirmation.

Plans

Free: one saved chart, one line reading and one city reading of your choice.

Annual Access: $50 per year, renewing automatically each year until cancelled. If you cancel, renewal stops and you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. Includes up to 50 saved charts.

Lifetime Access: a one-time payment of $250. Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the app: access continues while the app remains operating and we remain in business. It is not the purchaser's lifetime. Includes up to 50 saved charts.

Purchases are processed by our commerce and payment providers. Sign in with the same verified email you used at checkout so your plan can be matched to your account.

Refunds

Except where a refund is required by mandatory law that applies to you, purchases are non-refundable and we do not grant discretionary refunds. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may improve, change or retire features. We will not retroactively reduce what an existing paid plan already committed to, such as the paid annual period or the chart allowance of a plan you hold. When we materially change these Terms we will publish a new version; continued use after publication means you accept it, and we may ask you to accept it again.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, attempts to access other accounts or our systems without permission, scraping or automated bulk extraction, interference with the service, resale of access, or submitting personal data about another person without their permission.

Information about other people

If you enter birth data for a partner or anyone else, you must have permission or other lawful authority to do so. The 18+ requirement applies to account holders; a chart's birth date is not proof of the account holder's age. The service is not directed to children. Intellectual property

The app, its interpretations, text, design and software belong to Positive Path Astrology LLC or its licensors. You may use readings for your personal, non-commercial reflection. You keep rights to the data you enter and give us permission to process it to provide the service.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may affect access. Map tiles and place search depend on third-party services.

Nature of the readings

The service offers symbolic, educational and spiritual reflection. It does not predict events and is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. See the Reflection Disclaimer.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, subject to any rights you have under mandatory law.

Your mandatory rights

Some laws give consumers rights that cannot be waived. These Terms apply only to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
